Refund and Returns Policy


Purchases

If your purchase at our online store does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within one month (30 days) of purchase, with some exceptions for the customized orders. 

 

Customized orders 

The orders where:

– a frame has been modified (engraved, personally adjusted) 

– custom lenses made

– any additional accessory purchased by the seller 

are considered “customized”. 

We may accept the return of customized orders where custom lenses have been installed and refund only the frame cost. The orders where the frame has been modified or damaged during the lens installation may be refunded partially on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to deny the return or issue only a partial refund of the eyewear that has been worn or damaged.

Postage costs

All international orders and domestic orders less than $100 or bought at a discount are to be returned at the buyer’s expense. For all the other returns we provide a free shipping label to be printed by the buyer.

 

Refunds

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included in your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted unless the return is due to our mistake. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment originally used for the purchase. Refund are to be issued within 3 days after receiving of the returned item.
